In this ceremony, with this sacred plant, we invite you to a sensorial experience with chanting and this whole ritual allows you to open your heart, expand your consciousness and connect with your true nature. After this reconnection and opening with cacao, it’s time to celebrate with Ecstatic Dance.\nEcstatic Dance has been practiced throughout history, since classical times, by the Greek maenads, followers of the god Dionysus, in the practice of shamanism, together with rhythmic drums are used to access non-ordinary states of consciousness within\nspiritual practices. And in many other traditions we have evidence of this practice. Gabrielle Roth, founder of 5Rythms, was one of the pioneers to recreate this movement in the 70s of the last century.
