One to One
We are a team of psychologists and we have individual sessions for you (one to one).

Our training and therapeutic approach are grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and Somatic Liberation. We work with individual sessions centred on connected breathwork and somatic release, as pathways to support nervous system regulation, deepen body awareness, and facilitate the integration of personal and transpersonal experiences.
At times, as a complementary and optional element depending on the client, sessions may also be conducted with horses. The intention is not horse riding, but rather groundwork with the horses — an experiential psychological and symbolic process mediated through relationship with horses in freedom. This form of therapy is suitable for those who wish to deepen their therapeutic process through the body, symbolism, presence, and non-verbal communication. Horses are excellent mirrors of our emotional state and can help deepen processes that emerge throughout psychotherapy.
Breathwork is used as a central tool to facilitate expanded states of consciousness in a safe and progressive way, allowing biographical material, patterns of tension, and memories to be processed through the body, always respecting the person’s internal rhythm and capacity for self-regulation.
Somatic release unfolds through body awareness, movement, emotional expression, and gentle interventions, with a focus on safety, presence, and the completion of interrupted processes, promoting greater fluidity and vitality.
The sessions support therapeutic processes, life transitions, as well as preparation and integration for expanded states of consciousness, and the deepening of embodied self-awareness. Each session is unique and adapted to the individual and to the moment they are in, always starting from what is alive in the here and now.
The support process is structured as a cycle of 10 individual sessions. Although there is no obligation to commit to all sessions, we have found that this structure often allows for the completion of an important cycle within the person.
These sessions follow the logic of the body segments described by Wilhelm Reich:
Session 1 – Introduction, creation of resources, and gentle breathwork
Session 2 – Ocular segment
Session 3 – Oral and cervical segment
Session 4 – Thoracic segment
Session 5 – Diaphragmatic segment
Session 6 – Abdominal segment
Session 7 – Pelvic segment
Session 8 – Integration of all segments
Session 9 – Transpersonal breathwork
Session 10 – Consolidation, integration, and closure
The progression of each session is organic and adapted to the individual; it is not a mechanical or linear process.
