Silence and Meditation Retreat (FREE) November 30th – December 8th
In 2027, we celebrate the 12th edition of our Meditation and Silence Retreat. Over the years, this gathering has become a space for profound personal growth, sharing, and transformation, both for those who participate and for all of us who organise it. Twelve years of experiences, learning, and meaningful encounters continue to inspire us to deepen our journey into awareness and silence.
For this edition, registrations will be limited to a maximum of 150 participants.
We remain committed to the ecumenical and universal spirit that has always been part of our philosophy of life. Our approach to meditation is holistic, inclusive, and eclectic, integrating contemplative practices inspired by different spiritual and philosophical traditions of humanity.
We seek to cultivate a universal language of meditation that transcends religious and cultural boundaries, respecting the diversity of beliefs and recognising the wisdom found across different traditions. We draw inspiration from Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, Sufism, Taoism, and the contemplative traditions of various Indigenous peoples, valuing what brings us together: conscious presence, compassion, self-knowledge, and connection with the deepest dimensions of existence, all guided by the underlying wisdom of the Perennial Philosophy.
Throughout this retreat, we will explore different meditation techniques and methods that invite us to deepen our awareness of the present moment through silence. Our practices will include seated meditation, Yoga, conscious breathing, mantra chanting, guided meditation, mindful movement, contemplative walks in nature, and moments of meditative dance.
Throughout these days, we will remain in silence, with only the instructions necessary for the practices being spoken. Silence will accompany us during meals, walks, rest periods, and daily activities, becoming a constant presence that invites us to listen more deeply to what is happening within us.
Silencing our words is also an opportunity to observe the restlessness of the mind, recognise our habitual patterns, and discover a quality of presence that is often lost in the fast pace of everyday life.
Throughout the retreat, we will share tools and practices that can be integrated into daily life, allowing each participant to continue developing their meditation practice independently or in a group.
Rather than seeking to empty the mind, meditation invites us to observe our thoughts without constantly identifying with them, allowing stillness and clarity to arise naturally.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the usual rhythm of life for a few days, rediscover the value of simplicity, and explore what silence has to reveal to us.
If you feel that the time has come to embrace this challenge, to quiet your words and dive more deeply into your consciousness, join us for this 12th edition.
